Teaching is learning, and learning is teaching.

Did you know that you can retain 80-90% of the information when you teach a subject and only 10-20% if you learn it? I teach because it gives me a purpose, and I learn from everything I get to teach. How I prepare for my Masterclasses or any of my Table Talks helps me retain the information much better, knowing I have to perform and understand the subject well to give the people the expected knowledge.

For me, learning is teaching, and I do it with passion. I love teaching about technology and people, two critical interconnected elements in life today. I write articles to educate people and educate myself.

People and technology as a never-ending relationship.
I always say that technology is here to stay, and people must adapt. In addition, new technologies are being developed to support a new level of products and services that is constantly evolving. Artificial Intelligence (AI) comes into play, and there isn’t an ending cycle for technology and people as we continually innovate.

What’s important at work?
Content creation, communications, coaching, and training are essential to keep the workforce well-equipped. Today, companies offer practical online learning experiences as an advantage to teach faster and better, resulting in better-trained professionals.

What’s important at home?
Don’t stay behind and get current with technology. Get well-informed about technology changes to remain on top of the technology curve. When possible, ask at work for training or continuing education, as today, most companies offer education online so you can be well-trained in several subjects.

Masterclasses, TableTalks, leadership sessions, and more.
The investment in bringing a leadership coach to train people is vital in all companies today. The training from Talent Management to ESG, supply chain, procurement, and the sharing of how emerging technologies affect the workplace impact the dynamics and performance of the employees. Therefore, it is vital to maintain effective training and healthy communication to build a robust and talented workforce.
