Social media and the way we act, the good and the bad.

Let me start my writing with one of my favorite acronyms: OMG. This article can get very long, but I will make it as short and sweet as possible. At least social media has taught me to keep my personal preferences to myself, not argue with people about their views, and only share fun activities, humor, and motivational content. I have learned this the hard way, as in the old days; I was one of those who always replied to political posts.

I am proudly saying today that this guy inside me is completely gone. I am free of negative thoughts and remarks on social media. Today, I enjoy social media, and Facebook is my favorite platform. It is where I save all my memories. I also use TikTok for a few minutes daily as it has replaced my cable. So, Facebook is my life journal, and TikTok is my cable TV.

Human behavior: the good and the bad on social media.
As a coach, I constantly study human behavior. I love to learn about personalities and how people make decisions to improve their lives. I always say we are all a work in progress. On Facebook today, I see significant changes in people’s behaviors. Like I don’t make political remarks anymore, I see others doing the same. I see friends not arguing online anymore. I see people not doing MLM that much, and there is a switch from negativism to positivism, and I am happy about this.

I know you think our friends are lovely, but people are still very negative on some levels. We all share an opinion. I agree that we still see negative comments on Facebook, but I also see a switch from negative to positive communications, where harmony and empathy occur. Believe me: positivism is contagious on many levels as negativism is.

The importance of writing positive comments and pausing 10 seconds before you reply.
Try writing positive comments on social media. Try to motivate others with your fun activities. I am sure you will inspire others by doing the things you do. Avoid replying to controversial topics; send that person a DM if it is that important to you. Remember, your voice matters, and people look after you. Be cool. Be nice. Be you. But be respectful.
