Riding Sedona Right: Thanks to Absolute Bikes
Sedona has long been a destination for serious cyclists, mountain bikers and e-bike adventurers. It’s a place where red rock landscapes meet open trails and every ride feels like a new adventure.
As I continue exploring this incredible area, one thing is certain. The heat keeps coming and the dry air hits you from head to toe. But that doesn’t stop the fun. If anything, it makes the journey more rewarding.

Today, I visited the best bike shop in town, Absolute Bikes. With locations in Sedona and Flagstaff, their customer service is top-notch. They helped me assemble the e-bike I bought online and even mounted the bike rack to my Jeep. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help.
I love my e-bike. I already know it’s going to change how I experience Sedona. After long hikes, there’s nothing better than a smooth ride through scenic routes, climbing hills and coasting through views that take your breath away. With the traffic here, bikes often move faster than cars and the bike lanes are clearly marked.
One thing that surprised me is how there’s no roadside assistance for e-bikes in Sedona. These bikes are heavy, and once you get a flat, you’re pretty much stuck unless someone can pick you up. With so many e-bikes in town, a mobile repair van and roadside assistance service would be a great addition. Don’t you agree? Okay Sedona, step up to the plate and make this happen!

As someone who has arthritis in my hands, I’m incredibly thankful. Working with tools is not easy for me and the team at Absolute Bikes made everything simple.
So now you know. Sedona is built for mountain biking, and Absolute Bikes delivers the kind of service that makes every ride better. The team is helpful, knowledgeable and truly passionate about what they do. If you’re visiting Sedona, make this shop your first stop.
