The Heart of DiegoTalks | Diego Bianco
I started DiegoTalks to help people build better habits, recover stronger, and discover leadership within themselves at any age. Through classes, outdoor adventures, horse riding, camping, sports, and real conversations about life, I guide others to replace harmful habits with healthy ones. My goal is simple: to help people grow mentally, physically, and in their everyday lives so they can live with balance, collaboration, and purpose.
Motivational and leadership coaching and therapy
Evening sessions for everyday people
Sometimes you just need someone to listen, guide, and help you reset. My coaching and therapy sessions are built for real people facing real struggles. Whether you’re a high school student stepping back after setbacks in school, an adult healing from divorce, or anyone navigating family issues, these conversations bring clarity and direction.
- One-on-one or group coaching (Zoom, phone, schools, or organizations)
- Certified John Maxwell leadership and professional development expertise
- Focused on growth, healing, and healthier relationships
- Evening hours from 7–10 p.m. so you can prioritize yourself after the workday
4 A.M. Transformation Classes
Rise early, live differently
This class is about more than waking up early. It’s about taking back your life. From 4–6 a.m. on Zoom, we train the mind and body to embrace responsibility, focus, and energy before the world even starts moving.
You’ll create space for meditation, exercise, and a winning mindset that prepares you for success in work, home, school, and personal growth.
Additional courses include:
- Habits That Hold You Back and Habits That Set You Free
- Seeing the Spectrum: From Toxic to Positive
Hiking & Recovery Trips
Healing through nature and the outdoors
True recovery begins by stepping outside your routine. These weekend trips (Fri–Sun) blend outdoor adventure with reflection, movement, and connection.
- Hiking in forests, state and national parks
- Cycling, swimming, running, pickleball, city walks
- Equine-assisted therapy (horse riding for emotional recovery)
- Trips in WA, OR, CA, NV, NM, UT, AZ, CO, MT, WY, Argentina (Patagonia and Mexico)
Leadership and Resilience
Life gives us struggles that can break us down or build us up. Divorce, family conflicts, setbacks in school such as dropping out, loss, or silent battles with depression are not the end of your story. They can become moments where you rise stronger, wiser, and ready to move forward.
At DiegoTalks, I help high school students, young adults, and communities turn challenges into growth through programs designed for individuals, schools, and groups.
Programs include:
- Business & Community Partnerships
- Inner Leadership
- Career Momentum
- Mind & Motion
Merchandise & Motivation
Carry daily reminders of your strength
My gear is more than just clothing or accessories. It’s motivation you can hold. The exclamation point in the DiegoTalks logo says it all: Inspire!
Be the exclamation point of your life — uplift yourself and inspire others.
About Diego
I’m Diego Bianco, born in Argentina and now proud to call the United States home. At 23, I moved here to build a life of service, work, and growth across the Americas and Europe. I consider myself a citizen of the world, and what I’ve learned is simple: no matter where we come from, we all share the same need for growth, healing, and purpose.
I am a marketing and communications leader with 15+ years of experience driving engagement, building relationships, and leading programs across industries. Today, I also serve as a banker, where I bring a customer-first approach to helping individuals and businesses grow financially.
I’m certified through John Maxwell University in leadership and professional development and bring additional expertise in marketing, HRIS, and organizational leadership. These skills allow me to support people and teams not only in their careers but also in their personal growth and resilience.
DiegoTalks is my service-driven platform to share leadership adventures, fitness empowerment, and personal recovery experiences.
Family and Purpose
Being a father of two is one of my greatest joys. My kids are grown and living their own lives in different states, but I carry them with me every day. Their independence gives me strength and purpose, and it reminds me why I do what I do. That same love and commitment is what I bring into my work with others — whether it’s teaching divorce recovery, guiding people through fitness empowerment, or leading hiking and equine-assisted therapy trips. Most mornings, I’m up at 4 a.m., living with discipline, adventure, and purpose.
Rotary and Service
Service has always been part of my life, and Rotary International has been at the center of that journey. I joined Rotary at 12 years old through Interact, continued with Rotaract, and later became part of Rotary itself. Rotary is built on the idea of service above self, creating opportunities to build friendships, foster peace, and support communities across the globe.
Everywhere I go, I try to connect with Rotarians because we share the same passion for service. Rotary is a place where friendships are built and communities are strengthened through service.
Adventure and Fitness
I find energy and resilience in movement. From judo and soccer to triathlons, running, cycling, and long hikes in national parks, fitness has always been part of my life. But it isn’t easy. Like many, I struggle with extra pounds, and it’s hard to stay disciplined and balanced. I need help from friends and community as much as I give it to others.
For me, fitness is not about perfection. It’s about empowerment after obstacles. I will always carry a few extra pounds but every climb, every mile, every drop of sweat is a lesson in resilience. That is the spirit I live by and share with those I guide and train.
